I build AI tools, deploy web projects, and write and produce content that people actually finish. My background covers cybersecurity and compliance, radio and podcast production, and trauma-informed psychology. I use Claude Code and the Gemini API every day to get real things live.
Built, debugged and deployed by me, with Claude Code as my main development partner.
An AI self-reflection tool. Users enter what they're struggling with and get back a personal written response, shaped by a long custom system prompt grounded in trauma-informed and attachment frameworks. It runs on a Cloudflare Worker, calls the Google Gemini API, and adds each user to Mailchimp through an email sign-up gate. API keys are stored as Cloudflare secrets and never in the code.
Try itAn interactive self-assessment across seven layers, based on Jennifer Freyd's betrayal trauma theory. It scores answers live and shows results as wound profiles with score bars and pattern markers. It's a static site on Cloudflare Pages and is used inside my online course.
Take the assessmentAn eight-section assessment that identifies seven root causes, including nervous system freeze, shame spirals and fear of visibility. I rebuilt the first version after spotting that it was clinically incomplete. It has the same scoring engine and visual system as the betrayal assessment.
Take the assessmentA custom HTML storefront for my practice, with 20 services and packages. Each one links directly into Acuity Scheduling. There's a star-rating review form via Formspree, a separate review page linked from automated follow-up emails, and a Google review link. It's hosted on GitHub Pages after I worked out that WordPress was stripping scripts and styles.
View the storefrontA Python and MoviePy pipeline, run through Claude Code in WSL, that turns AI-generated still images into finished long-form video. It adds depth-map parallax, mist drift, Ken Burns motion and cross-dissolves, then crops and finishes with ffmpeg. It produced a 52-minute 1080p video from 42 images.
Output visible on my YouTube channels belowI moved my practice off an old booking platform. Acuity now handles bookings, intake and consent, client notes moved to Google Sheets, and finances run through FreshBooks. I rebuilt the email automations, including aftercare and review requests on a set schedule after each session.
Scripts, shows and courses, written and produced by me from start to finish.
A monthly podcast that began on NBC Radio KCAA's News for the Soul and now runs independently. I write, host and produce it. Episodes cover Jungian psychology, betrayal trauma, parentification and the nervous system. Scripts go through several rounds of rewriting before recording.
ListenA faceless YouTube channel on psychology and trauma that I built from nothing. I created its visual identity, content pillars, script structures, title framework and full production workflow. I work to strict script rules so the writing never sounds machine-made.
WatchA spirituality and healing channel with a fixed visual identity. I write the image prompt libraries and handle SEO with vidIQ. I also split a long-form video into six standalone uploads, each with its own titles, descriptions and posting schedule.
WatchAn online community and course platform on Skool, with four classrooms and a new module each month. I wrote the teaching scripts for the first two modules, drawing on Freyd, van der Kolk, Polyvagal Theory and IFS. The interactive assessments above sit inside the lessons.

Before any of this I was a professional ballerina, so I'm used to discipline, repetition and getting the details right. I later moved into radio and podcast production and then into healing work. Today I run my own healing practice.
I started building my own tools because I couldn't find the ones I needed. I understand how people think and feel, and I know how to make technology do what I want. That mix is useful in AI work, where judging whether an answer is accurate, safe and humane matters as much as the code behind it.
